Late payments might be subjected to a 1.5% monthly charge or the highest allowable rate, whichever is lesser. All payments exclude any taxes or additional charges, which will be your responsibility.
Any material or links you post to the Platform ("Content") is your responsibility. You agree to indemnify Admin Tools against any repercussions arising from the Content. By uploading Content, you ensure its legality and appropriateness.
Admin Tools has the discretionary right to refuse or remove any content deemed harmful or in violation of its policies.

This agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights. All rights, titles, and interests remain with Admin Tools or their respective owners. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any trademarks is prohibited.
Feedback and suggestions are welcomed but become non-confidential property of Admin Tools.
Admin Tools can revise these terms at any discretion. Regularly reviewing these terms is advised. Continued use post any modifications indicates your agreement to the changes.
Admin Tools can terminate your access to the Platform at any time. On your end, discontinuing the Platform's use effectively terminates this agreement.
The Platform is provided "AS IS". Admin Tools disclaims all warranties, whether implied or expressed. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
You agree to indemnify Admin Tools and its affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of this agreement.
This agreement contains the full understanding between you and Admin Tools regarding the Platform. It can only be amended in writing or with a revised version posted by Admin Tools.
Jurisdiction for any disputes related to this agreement or the Platform resides exclusively in the courts of New York, governed by New York law.
